ShieldPage provides a platform for creating and managing security trust centers, including creating public-facing pages, uploading compliance documentation, sharing security policies, and tracking engagement analytics.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity or compliance status, interfere with the Services, or use automated means to access the Services without permission.

Intellectual Property

The Services and original content are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

Termination

We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Your data will be available for export for 30 days following termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldPage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which ShieldPage is established.
